Bizarre story behind film that supposedly sparked middle east unrest

An anti-Muslim film that has been blamed for the attacks on U.S.
embassies in Egypt, Libya and Yemen is likely a contrived fraud designed
to stir up unrest in the Middle East while shielding the true reasons
behind the murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens.

A trailer for the film, entitled The Innocence of Muslims,
has been on You Tube for over two months. Despite the alleged film
maker’s claim that the movie was funded by rich Jewish donors to the
tune of $5 million dollars, it has all the quality of a low budget film
school project. The trailer has now been banned in several middle
eastern countries, including Egypt and Afghanistan.

Indeed, the full film itself may not even exist, a doubt
that has also been shared about the existence of its shadowy director
Sam Bacile, who told the Associated Press this week that he was a
56-year-old “Israeli Jew” who lives in California, despite telling
actors on set that he is Egyptian, while others have claimed he is an
American.

Your way of life has been pre-determined, you just don’t realize it yet.

The tyrannical empire you serve is full of depraved, sociopathic eugenicists whose goals are to consolidate wealth and take precious resources from around the globe.

Through planned economic terror and preemptive wars in the guise of humanitarian interventions, the United States and western interests are pushing towards a shock phase of expansionism. The carefully crafted illusion of what globalization is has convinced you that we need the democratization of non-democratic states. This is cover for a greater power grab that you blindly clock in for each and every day.

The shadow network of government is the ultimate change agent. Since 9/11 we’ve seen a systematic erosion of civil liberties in the United States by means of illegal wire tapping, hyper surveillance, warrant-less searches and an ever-increasing police state. Our forefathers warned us about the dangers of an expansionist, authoritarian government which you have readily accepted. You have unknowingly sacrificed your freedoms for a moment of false security and a paycheck.
You’ve been led to believe that there are both internal and external threats, opening the door for a larger police and military presence here in the U. S. as well as around the world. You have approved lethal, pharmaceutical drugs that have not been thoroughly tested for safety. You have turned a blind eye to companies that chemically engineer our food supply, compromising human sustenance for generations to come. The very agencies that claim to protect our national security have abused your trust.

I don’t blame you for being idealistic in thinking that by working for these government institutions, you can be part of the solution. You probably graduated from a highly respected liberal arts college, participated in events designed to help your local community and discussed “ground up” reform from “the inside out” with other concerned students just like yourself. Sadly, our education systems have also been infiltrated by this shadow government network and it’s very likely that the speeches you received on altruism and putting the care and concern of your fellow man before yourself has also been carefully crafted to deceive you into a socialist or Marxist ethos.
Carroll Quigley, former professor at a number of “well respected” institutions of higher learning such as Harvard, Princeton and Georgetown University was deeply involved with advocating for this Marxist empirical network. In his 1,350 page book entitled “Tragedy and Hope” Quigley writes:

“I know of operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years… and was permitted to examine secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims…”

Quigley continues to describe the goal of the network which is:

“nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. His [the individual's] freedom and choice will be controlled within very narrow alternatives by the fact that he will be numbered from birth and followed, as a number, through his educational training, his required military or other public service, tax contributions, health and medical requirements to his final retirement and death benefits.”

The academic community is a continued part of the network’s system of control and indoctrination into a far reaching destructive plan seeking to control the minds of the next generation.

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't! Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a Dumbo President who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese , and financed by a country that's broke!!!!!

The problem with equivalence is that it can cut both ways. What if Congress "attacked" abortion, by levying a high income tax and providing a substantial tax credit for those who did not have an abortion in the last 7 years. Would the leftists on the Court find that this is a tax, well within the power of Congress to levy, or would they find that this is a "penalty," which infringes on the right to choose. Depending on the judge, it could be a constitutional tax or an unconstitutional penalty.

On the one hand I think Roberts is screwed in the head and a lunatic. "it seems odd to have a result whereby Congress cannot make you buy something but can tax you for not buying it."

On the other he may be brilliant and declared the mandate for what it is - a tax. He knows a tax must still comply with other requirements of the Constitution, therefore the tax will be challenged as unconstitutional in various forms in the future. The decision also gels the right to unite and fight for a cause to repeal - but this purports that Roberts made a decision for a "conservative cause" - unlikely; however the liberal media is spinning his essay a save the court's legitimacy...nice spin.

"So, in other words he's saying that Congress may have the authority to penalize organizations that refuse to comply with its mandates, but any of those penalties will be struck down if they violate other requirements in the Constitution, such as the First Amendment," which provides for freedom of religion.

http://www.onenewsnow.com/Legal/Default.aspx?id=1623586&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

Roberts has a valid argument, but only if the legislation was written utilizing the power of taxation as the means by which to compel purchase of insurance, which it wasn't. In any case, is the nation is now taxing inactivity? When has an American incurred a tax for what he didn't do? In an exploration of his inner Chávez, Obama should try to pass a law taxing people who don't vote for him.
http://www.americanthinker.com/2012/06/still_a_bfd_obama_loses.html#ixzz1zJCj3h7S

How did this happen? Well, as even Fox News and CNN now know, Chief Justice John Roberts put a new gloss on Congress’s taxing power just as he rediscovered the meaning of the Commerce, Necessary and Proper, and Spending Clauses. In 13 cryptic pages, Roberts fashioned a not-quite-silk purse out of a sow’s ear, salvaging—to continue the porcine metaphor—Obamacare’s bacon from the constitutional flames.

Quite beyond the direct/indirect/excise/whatever tax issue, it seems odd to have a result whereby Congress cannot make you buy something but can tax you for not buying it. As Roberts himself wrote, “If it is troubling to interpret the Commerce Clause as authorizing Congress to regulate those who abstain from commerce, perhaps it should be similarly troubling to permit Congress to impose a tax for not doing something.”

Remember, we’re not talking tax credits for installing solar panels—an incentive—as an alternative to a solar-panel mandate, but rather tax debits for not installing them. And that’s after you suspend disbelief and hypothesize that Congress had actually structured its “minimum coverage provision” as a tax rather than regulation-plus-penalty.

Nevertheless we’re left with a definitive ruling that Congress can’t make you buy broccoli—Roberts was clear on that, explicitly rejecting the government’s pooh-poohing of that infamous hypothetical—but can tax you for not buying broccoli. That’s a constitutional distinction without a practical difference.

By the end of the day:

The important point is that the Constitution doesn't apply to Americans, it doesn't apply to citizens, it doesn't even apply to "people." It applies to the federal government. The body of the Constitution tells the federal government what it is allowed to do, and in some places it explains how to do it (election procedures and such). The Bill of Rights tells the federal government what it is not allowed to do . . .

John Roberts has failed miserably in this regard. By taxing me for not buying something he has broken Ammendment 1 right off the bat. Not buying something is a form of freedom of speech.

Economists who study public finance have long agreed with William E. Simon, the former Treasury secretary, who said that “the nation should have a tax system that looks like someone designed it on purpose.” Here are four principles of tax reform that most of those economists would endorse: Readnightlysokhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02240744422638905553noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2357486690340252335.post-91776253320800303632012-01-19T21:19:00.000-08:002012-01-19T21:19:43.525-08:00Massive opposition file on Romney hits Internet: Sen. A rational person might say that if we're all going to give up our rights, and our Fourth Amendment, and have U.S. troops in the streets running checkpoints, then logically there should at least be some evidence that America has been infiltrated with terrorists, right? Or, more specifically, evidence from a reliable source that has not already been caught lying about terrorism, which would exclude the federal government, of course.

Look around you today: Do you see any terrorists? Any "towel heads" aiming guns at your family? Anybody walking around with a vest full of explosives? Nope.

Have you ever seen the TSA catch a terrorist at the airport? Ever read a news report of the TSA catching a terrorist? Ever heard of an Air Marshall stopping a terrorist in-flight? Nope.

Have you ever heard of the FBI halting a terrorist plot that they didn't fabricate, plan and carry out themselves? (All the terror plots "stopped" by the FBI are, on the record, planned and carried out by the FBI itself.) (http://www.naturalnews.com/033751_F...)

Seriously. Clear the cobwebs out of your head for a moment and think logically: Where are all these "terrorists" that we're supposed to be afraid of and give up our rights for? Where are they?

Now, of course, the government can and will, from time to time, stage some sort of terrorist event to remind everyone to be afraid. That's a given. In classic Orwellian protocol, any war that grants a government unlimited power will be indefinitely sustained.

This is why the "War on Terror" was declared against a tactic, not a nation or a person. That way, the so-called "war" can be carried out indefinitely. A war with no end. Perpetual tyranny. At first, if you remember, we were told we needed TSA agents at the airports because of Osama Bin Laden, remember? He was the "mastermind" who was going to cause airplanes to fall out of the sky. So what happened after he was killed and removed from the picture? The U.S. government announced the terror threat was now "even higher" because Bin Laden's loyal supporters would now seek revenge!

Do you see how, under this brand of sick logic, the war on terror will go on indefinitely? They can always claim someone else is dangerous... there's always a new boogeyman when it serves the interests of the state. That's why it's now obvious that this war has been entirely fabricated to achieve specific political and social agendas.

“Nullification begins with the axiomatic point that federal law that violates the Constitution is no law at all. It is void and of no effect. Nullification simply pushes this uncontroversial point a step further: if a law is unconstitutional and therefore void and of no effect, it is up to the states, the parties to the federal compact, to declare it so and thus refuse to enforce it. It would be foolish and vain to wait for the federal government or a branch thereof to condemn its own law. Nullification provides a shield between the people of a state and an unconstitutional law from the federal government.”

This succinct expression of nullification is illustrated in the infographic below.
